Located in a historic 1907 ice plant, the St. Augustine Distillery is a must for visitors wanting to learn more about small-batch spirits. Learn how the St. Augustine Distillery makes and mixes vodka, rum, gin, and whiskey on a free tour. 

Free tours at St. Augustine Distillery take place every 30 minutes between 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. daily, except for Sunday when the last tour starts at 5 p.m. Explore the museum and gift shop on-site to learn a bit about the building's history and bring a piece of the experience home with you.
